Request account deletion

How to ask for your DSJ ONE account to be deleted.

DSJ ONE is a workforce-management platform operated by DSJ Facilities Limited ("DSJ", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16303440). Registered office: Unit 1 Greenewable Park, Station Lane, Offord Cluny, St. Neots, England, PE19 5ZA.

This page is for people who no longer have the DSJ ONE app, or cannot sign in, and want to request deletion of their DSJ ONE account.

How to request deletion

If you still have the app and can sign in, use Profile → Request account deletion. That is the in-app request.

If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in, email support@dsjone.com with:

  • the work email used for your DSJ ONE account
  • your name
  • the organisation (your employer) if you know it
  • that you are requesting account deletion

We may need to verify your identity, and we may need to redirect the request to your employer where they control the record.

What this request does

This requests deletion of your DSJ ONE account.

Your access may be removed as part of the process.

Requesting deletion does not automatically erase underlying employment, legal, security or business records that your employer or DSJ Facilities Limited may still have to retain where required or permitted.

Account suspension or freezing is not the same as deletion. A suspended or frozen account may still exist. A deletion request is a request to delete the account.

What account and personal data this covers

Where we can action a deletion request for the DSJ ONE service itself, it covers account identity and login access for that user (name, work email, login identifiers, organisation membership and role used to sign in).

DSJ ONE may also process other personal information described in the Privacy Policy, including employment / workforce profile details your employer stores, schedules, clock-in/out and timesheets, location captured at clock-in/out or when you attach it to a form, leave, documents, policies and acknowledgements, onboarding, training, tasks and forms, chat and announcements, and payroll/payslip information where those modules are used.

We do not currently perform advertising, marketing profiling, or cross-app advertising tracking in DSJ ONE.

What may be retained

Some employment or business records may need to be retained by your employer where there is a lawful reason or legal obligation.

Some employment or business records may also have to be retained by DSJ Facilities Limited where legally required (for example security or audit logs, or other records we must keep as the platform provider).

We have not published a single fixed retention schedule for every category. Information is retained according to the customer organisation's instructions and their own retention needs, applicable law, the customer contract, and DSJ ONE's legitimate operational and security requirements (for example security logs).

For employment records, shifts, leave, pay, documents and other workforce information your employer controls, contact your employer first. They decide what is held for employment purposes.
